48 hours after Chance The Rapper released the album art for his highly awaited third mixtape, it's popping up on walls all over the country. On Saturday, the three anniversary of Acid Rap, Chance began a fan fueled campaign to promote his forthcoming project via his official website. For $20, fans can purchase the album cover poster in packs of ten - encouraging them to share the surplus with their friends and through out their city. Scrolling through the Twitter, it appears the campaign is off to a great start as we've seen fans from New York, Miami, Minneapolis, Los Angeles and many more cities share photos of poster lined walls bearing the smiling emcee in his 3 cap. In addition to the posters, this morning a fan in Chicago posted a photo of a billboard along the highway showcasing the cover art. Safe to say we've never seen anything like this from a Chicago local in our time covering the scene - exciting stuff. With Chance set to play Jimmy Fallon this week as well, we have to guess this roll out is just getting started.
